Experience matters. I have trained dozens of therapists as the former director of an outpatient counseling center and I can help you to learn, grow and change. It can be difficult to choose a therapist. You should choose someone you are comfortable with, who can truly listen to you. My approach is eclectic as I do not believe that "one size fits all". I have worked with individuals, couples and families with a wide variety of problems and every solution to those problems has been unique.
